What we sell

StylePick sells AI-generated result images. Each product has a fixed number of result images; product contents and prices are as shown on the pricing page (/pricing).

Nature of what you buy

A payment grants the right to generate the result images of that order only. It can be used only on the StylePick website, is non-transferable, non-refundable as cash outside the refund rules below, and is not a cryptocurrency. You may download and keep the result images you receive.

Refunds

Before paying, you can see one free result as a preview. The free preview cannot be saved or downloaded; after payment you can save all results, including that one.

For orders paid in Korean won through Toss Payments, the seller listed above (스타일픽스튜디오) is the seller, and cancellations and refunds follow applicable Korean law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. These terms do not reduce those rights.

If generation fails, you are charged twice, or your payment did not grant the results, we will finish the remaining results under the same payment or refund you. Results you have already received are not generated again.

Paid results are digital content: once paid results start being generated, you cannot withdraw the order (get a refund) for a change of mind. This is shown right above the payment button and you must agree to it before paying, and you can preview one free result before paying. Before paid results start being generated, you may request a refund within the period set by law. Rights where results differ from what was displayed or advertised, or the contract was not performed as agreed, are governed by law regardless of this restriction.

Payment

Payments in Korean won are processed by Toss Payments, and the seller listed above (스타일픽스튜디오) is the seller of those transactions. Cards issued outside Korea are also charged in Korean won (KRW); your card issuer sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Available payment methods depend on your country, currency and device at checkout.

Photo uploads and use of results

1. Upload only a photo of your own face (from October 2026, photos of other people are not accepted even with their consent). Before payment we may confirm that you are 19 or older through mobile identity verification.

2. You may not upload: (a) a photo of another person (even with their consent); (b) a photo of a celebrity or public figure; (c) a photo of a child under 14; (d) a photo that infringes another person's privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights.

3. You may not use results to impersonate another person, to deceive others, or to damage anyone's reputation.

4. You are responsible, to the extent of your own fault, for any dispute arising from a breach of items 1-3. This does not exclude our liability under applicable law. We may decline a request or stop providing results when a breach is confirmed.

5. If you believe your photo or face was used without permission, or you find a result made from a photo of a child under 14, a celebrity, or one that infringes another person's rights, report it to help@stylepick.kr. We confirm receipt within 24 hours and a person makes a first decision within 72 hours. If a breach is confirmed we stop providing that result and may restrict further use, and an order already paid is handled under the refund rules. We do not store photos (they are used only while processing) and never require you to send a photo again in order to report.
